MARIA GARAITONANDIA
Maria Garaitonandia is the founder of Global Bridges Training and a leadership communication strategist with over 25 years of experience working with organizations across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.
She helps leaders and teams untangle communication challenges that slow execution, create friction, or undermine trust—particularly in cross-cultural and complex environments.
Drawing on her background in organizational development and intercultural work, Maria designs practical, interactive programs grounded in real workplace dynamics. Her work focuses on strengthening collaboration, improving feedback conversations, and helping teams communicate with greater clarity and alignment.
Maria holds a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Development and is the author of Untangling Communication: How Leaders Can Strengthen Communication, Resolve Conflict, and Build High-Performing Teams.
She delivers programs in English and Spanish, both in person and virtually.
JOSÉ LUIS CASTILLO
José Luis Castillo has over 30 years of experience as a clinical and organizational psychologist. He has specialized in psychotherapy, rehabilitation, stress, depression and eating disorders. He is a Master Coach and has worked in course design and facilitation, including sales, positive influence, teambuilding and leadership.
ANNA SHILDRICK
Anna Shildrick has worked for over 27 years facilitating learning and development. She is a multilingual British expat living in Mexico, and she works with international teams across the globe. She specializes in a variety of learning and development strategies such as coaching, facilitating and training in the world of business and education.

Monica Garaitonandia is an executive-level brand marketer and strategist with over twenty years of experience in diverse industries. Her tenure as senior director in Fortune 500 companies has given her unique insight into marketing strategy development. She has experience in marketing consulting and course development for niche marketing.
NURIA LORENZO
Nuria Lorenzo is an experienced professional with a background in multinational and multiculture companies. She has more than 20+ years of experience and proven knowledge in different Human Resources functions, which she can apply in any field. She is a psychologist, certified Life Coach and current student of a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling.
